Yummy Sunday 2

Last Tuesday we went out for dinner with a few of our friends from Nepal. It was Uncle Thiru's treat. Here was the main dish - Pork...something. But it was so good. The meat was so soft. It melts like butter in your mouth. There was not too much fat which made it taste really nice.
